How much is the delivery charges?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For West Malaysia,<\/p>\n

–       FREE delivery for purchase of more than RM 75.00 in a single order.<\/p>\n

How long will be my delivery take?<\/strong><\/p>\n

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will process your order within 1 working day.<\/p>\n

You can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:<\/p>\n

In Metro areas<\/strong>: 1 – 3 working days<\/p>\n

In Non-Metro areas<\/strong>: 3 – 10 working days<\/p>\n

Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate scheduling of deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner to schedule according to your preference.<\/p>\n

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. Once the item is shipped you will receive a shipment notification.<\/p>\n

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the item has only just been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours to show on our shipping partner tracking website.<\/p>\n

How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are influenced by your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location. You can check your order status online with our Order Tracking tool<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.<\/p>\n

You can also contact our customer service at here<\/a> <\/span>immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.<\/p>\n

Is there any domestic area the courier service cannot deliver to?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr Rhone can deliver to all domestic areas.<\/p>\n
